A cluster of 5,000 sq ft, two-storey office pavilions arranged around a shared landscaped courtyard.
These relatively small buildings are clustered to improve overall density, create a bigger building impact and to facilitate simple inter-connection if required initally or at some future date.
Completed in January 2007, these popular units have formed a successful second phase at RDA's North Wales Business Park, drawing upon the prescribed materials and colour palette to generate a scheme with it's own unique character, also forming a harmonious part of the larger whole.
