A pair of four bedroom family houses on three floors designed to appear as a single composition, which presents a symmetrical pavilion-like gable to the leafy streetscape to this part of Leigh-on-Sea.
The resulting bulding, which replaces an out of character bungalow, echoes the substantial single houses and villas typical of the area and responds to the scale of neighbouring residential properties to form a sympathetic, contemporary addition to the suburban setting.
