The design of a series of hilltop residential neighbourhoods and buildings within, set amongst an established masterplan by leading international resort and hospitality designers WATG.
The new neighbourhoods were created using a combination of townhouses and villas, together with local amenity facilities, a resident's luxury clubhouse and a central piazza.
The site's precipitous topography and exacting density requirements required a carefully balanced masterplan that created a unique character and sense of place that complemented the existing landscape setting, whilst optimising stunning elevated views over the world famous UNESCO World Heritage Site.
