RDA's masterplan for a true, mixed-use sustainable community, comprising 250 new dwellings, 20,000 m² of B1 space, a 2.0 ha care village, together with a 200-room hotel, local retail and an extended, improved golf course with new luxury clubhouse.
A fully inclusive masterplan design process included extensive Public Consultation. This ensured the resulting design was a true extension to the existing community, increasing public accessibility and permeability of the local countryside and creating a high quality new living and working environment.
