A high profile seafront site close to Frank Gehry's ill-fated King Alfred project. Pursuing a brief that called for 'understated quality' and the exacting requirements of Princes and Pembroke Conservation Area, the new building combines a modular glazing system and Portland Stone.

Expansive balconies framed by stone faced screens provide uninterrupted panoramic views of the English Channel over Hove's famous western lawns and pebble beach.

The large two-bedroomed apartments have basement parking, a private gymnasium and pool, together with 'duplexed' sun lounges on the top floor for the upper two penthouses.

Full height winter gardens with glass louvered walls enable year-round enjoyment of the unique location and form a crystalline central feature to the seafront elevation. The centre of the symmetrical elevation is split by a vertical etched glass fin that will be softly illuminated at night.
