A development of 400 apartments that formed a seamless second phase to RDA’s successful Mill Pond’s scheme to the south. The combined masterplan created a new waterside neighbourhood comprising buildings of 3 - 8 storeys aligning new residential streets and a series of landscaped courtyards and public spaces that reconnect the town centre, via a network of footpaths and cycleways, to the River Darent.
The regeneration of these historic former industrial sites, close to the town centre, fulfilled the first stage of the objectives set out within Dartford’s Northern Gateway Vision.
