A 2,000 sq m cluster of flexible, high quality B1 business units designed to respond to a variety of occupier configurtions and site requirements.
The buildings incorporate locally sourced materials to form a complementary contemporary addition to the traditional Mobberley townscape, set within a high quality landscaped entrance courtyard and a generally residential context.
Planning consent was granted in February 2007 with a start on site programmed for Summer 2007. The buildings were completed in September 2008.
