A pair of 10,000 sq ft, 2-storey office buildings designed for single or mulitple occupancy configurations are built into the surrounding landscape which rises to meet the lower ground floor cill level forming a long horizontal elevation with a continuous balcony over looking the coast.
Completed in November 2008, these popular units have formed a successful third phase at RDA's North Wales Business Park, drawing upon the prescribed materials and colour palette to generate a scheme with it's own unique character, which also forms a harmonious part of the larger whole.
