A masterplan for 35,000 sq m (350,000 sq ft) of B1 buildings with amenity facilities in a breathtaking coastal location, nestling against the foothills of Snowdonia and the ruined historic Gwyrch Castle.
The masterplan embraces a comprehensive SUDS drainage system together with a complex balancing and flood management system. Extensive new landscape, wildlife and ecological managmenet measures are also a feature of the Objective One European Grant funded development.
