On the site of the former Bristol Evening Post printing works, this 12 storey building accommodates 267 student rooms and studio flats together with a wide range of amenity facilities.

The scheme forms a bridge between the Old Town Conservation Area, the historic core of Old Bristol, and the large scale commercial buildings that align Temple Way, the City's main north-south artery.

Planning consent was achieved following extensive consultation with the Old Market Community Association, Bristol's Urban Design Forum and Civic Society and the planning department. The resulting design includes the reinstatement of the medieval route of Jacob Street and the creation of extensive areas of new public realm.
